I’m a 13-year-old founder, and over the past few months, I’ve been working on Property Partners (still in development) — a platform designed to connect landowners with real estate investors who want to collaborate on land development or purchases and share profits when the property is sold.
The Problem: Many people in India (and beyond) own land but lack the funds to develop or sell it at the right time. Conversely, investors are searching for legitimate, high-potential projects to invest in. Currently, there’s no trusted way for these two groups to discover and connect with each other.
The Solution: Property Partners is a discovery and connection platform where users can:
1. Post listings to find funding to buy or develop land. 2. Browse listings and co-invest in real estate deals. 3. Connect and share profits without any middlemen. 4. There is no transaction on the site itself; we simply connect people. Users pay a 5. 5. Subscription to access verified contact details (It will be free for users who joined the waitlist. I will also have a free plan in my pricing structure.).

I am 13 Years Old ans Solo Developer from India. My father is a property dealer. One day, he came to me and said, "The business is not going as well as it could be." I asked, "What's the problem?" He replied, "I don't have many properties left to sell." I suggested, "So, why not buy some more?" He explained, "I don't have enough money to purchase another one. I was thinking of buying properties with my friend, but he's not agreeing." I responded, "First, sell the properties you have, and then buy more." He said, "Most of my properties are not in prime locations, and the properties in those areas are much more expensive."
With this in mind, I realized there are plenty of platforms to sell owned properties, but none that provide the needed funds. I thought about creating a platform where users could list properties they are willing to buy or develop, and where investors interested in putting their money into real estate could come together
