This made me curious—what if someone wants to publish sensitive articles, adult content, or even anonymous news without constantly living in fear of DMCA strikes or content removal?

Is there really such a thing as DMCA ignored hosting or offshore hosting that actually works in practice? I mean, not just on paper, but in real-life usage. Has anyone here tried hosting their projects or websites on these kinds of servers? How’s the stability, speed, and security? And more importantly, is it really anonymous and reliable, or do you still face risks in the long run?
