I built Opclaro after seeing issues only show up in exit interviews. Surveys miss nuance and depth, and many staff members drown in email or don’t type much.

What it does: short anonymous and adaptive phone interviews with your team to uncover hidden risks and insights. No logins or survey fatigue.

Who it’s for: COOs, People Ops, and Ops leaders at 50–1,000 staff who need early warning during growth, reorgs, or M&A.

How it works: autonomously schedules 5–10 min calls with staff, transcribes, extract patterns, quantifies risk and insights by team/site/workstream.

What’s different: voice over forms, adaptive probing, zero admin, quantified insight extraction, forced feedback loops so that respondents feel heard.
