A 50% duty on imported aluminum!? How is any manufacturing business in this country supposed to function at all? America doesn't even have bauxite mines to protect or spool up anymore!
They even use recycled aluminum for 80% of their production, the 20% they import is supplemental. This does nothing but harm the consumers.
Not only that, Arizona already struggles with international sales, since they can't pull the same 99¢ model with the added distribution & import costs. This will hamper the international market even more.
