We’re building a tool to help answer the question we always struggled with:

“Are these ads actually making us money?”

Google Ads tells you about conversions. Stripe tells you about revenue. GA4 tells you about traffic.

But none of them clearly tell you: “Did this campaign lead to customers who paid and stuck around?”

We’ve tried stitching everything together—click → signup → usage → revenue—and building some reporting around LTV, CAC, and payback time.

But before we go further, I wanted to ask:

If you're running paid ads (especially for a SaaS product), how do you tell what’s actually working?

Do you rely on CAC benchmarks?

Do you calculate payback time?

Do you tie campaigns to LTV or churn?

Do you just go by gut feel?

Would love to hear how others are solving this—or if you’ve just accepted that it’s messy.
