I'd be tickled pink if Zed started focusing on IDE functionality instead of this. The current non-agentic AI integration is a bit of a mess; can't edit messages, can't resend requests, no history tab... it's not any better than the Claude/ChatGPT website, it's actually much worse.

So... why is the goal to kill Cursor instead of the real juggernauts like Jetbrains? Am I wrong to fear agentic features when the status quo is this bad?
