Yeah, not my brand of meditation. It's organic, gluten-free, and non-GMO. We've got endorsements from Gwyneth Paltrow and Deepak Chopra, and we're FCC certified and UL approved. Come on baby light my fire!

Well OK that was a joke, but then so is this article. People have been meditating for literally thousands of years (well sometimes they take a break), and finally, finally, the truth can be told, based on modern medical science? Give me a break

It is my personal experience that mindfulness and meditation causes anxiety and panic attacks. People have been meditating foe thousands of years - yes. But it is not for anyone.

Oh, the cheapest dismissal possible.

To really meditate you have to stop identifying with these loops but keep the self-compassion and that isn't easy. I have that issue myself, it was incredibly exhausting first months. Still not quite there.
