Hi all!

I’m Shiloh, a 17-year-old founder building NoCV - a new job platform designed to make it much easier for students and young people to find part-time and flexible work.

NoCV removes the usual hurdles like complicated applications and CVs. Instead, users create a simple skills-first profile, then swipe through local part-time jobs that fit their availability and preferences. Employers can connect directly with candidates without the typical paperwork, making hiring faster and fairer.

Why NoCV?

16–25-year-olds often struggle with traditional job applications because they lack formal experience or CVs.

Many jobs require rigid application processes that discourage young workers or those seeking flexible gigs.

Our app provides a straightforward way to match skills to jobs and get hired quickly.

I built NoCV to help people like me - students and young people facing challenges in finding flexible, part-time work.

We're planning to launch around Christmas 2025 and currently building the waitlist.
