For everyone like me who was wondering:

Overview

The medical term for teeth grinding is bruxism (BRUK-siz-um), a condition in which you squeeze or rub your teeth together, also called clenching or grinding.

PSA for anyone who's experienced bruxism (grinding, clenching...), for whatever reason:

Get a mouth guard at minimum and otherwise mitigate when viable.

Grinding now === root canals and/or removed teeth later. But not so much later that you can "deal with this later"...!!!

Interesting. I had to stop taking sertraline because of the bruxism. I've been debating going back though, it did wonders for my anxiety / mood.
