Would you pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited AWS DevOps work?

I’ve been thinking about a different kind of business model for DevOps services and wanted to get some feedback.

Instead of the usual hourly billing or project-based contracts, what if there was a productized AWS service, something like:

- $5,500/month - Unlimited DevOps work (within reason, of course, think ongoing support, CI/CD pipelines, infra as code, scaling setups, monitoring, etc.) - Clear scope, fast turnaround, predictable cost

I’ve seen a lot of Webflow/design agencies move to this “subscription model” where clients pay a fixed fee for unlimited requests, and it seems to work well for them.

I’m wondering if the same could apply in the DevOps/AWS space.

I have a solid team of experienced DevOps engineers, so bandwidth isn’t a problem. Mostly just exploring if this model would make sense to anyone here.

Appreciate any thoughts, even critical ones!
