Station – Deploy Sub Agents

sub agents have been very helpful and have branched into a new distinction of agents. We like to think of the split as application agents (embedded in a product) and operational agents (simpler agents that help you in ops tasks)

We wanted to create an agnostic runtime to run these agents for yourself and hosted for your team not just limited to your IDE

for hosting it, we wanted to go ssh approach so the management interface is an ssh wish + bubbletea app for a rich experience

MCP configs as template bundles ( follows gitops way to manage secrets + templates)

tool restrictions - so agents can be assigned appropriate sub tools ( no model degradation whens its overloaded with tools) MCP first - station IS an mcp server so its a little collection of agents via mcp (STDIO and SSE). Works with your favorite clients

API access to also manage it

Exportable agents with dotprompt so you can always manually tweak the agents

single binary deployment - sqlite with litestream replication option if you want
