In retrospect, you're right. Though I quoted an exact quote from the article. Bootcamps prepare for entry level placements and it reports on how placements were 83% prior to GPT and 37% to first year post GPT. That backs up the "collapse" claim. However, "collapse" does suggest long-term instability which I agree is not justified, yet.
