Oldest being 1880s. It's not a Viking find, it's late period romanticism seeking to reinforce skandi culture.

Still fascinating. Imagine arguing for adoption of runes as the national alphabet.. "ok children the new national orthography board for England has come in, it's ogham" (yes I know, ogham is not runic)
