With the rise of conversational AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot, a new challenge is emerging for brands: understanding if and how they're being mentioned inside AI-generated answers.

While traditional SEO focuses on rankings and links, AI-generated responses don't follow the same rules. Brands can be cited (or not) based on entirely different signals, and many are starting to realize they might be disappearing from key customer touchpoints without knowing.

First Answer is one of the first platforms focusing on this problem. It monitors brand presence across AI answers and shows when, where, and why certain brands appear (or not) in these new search environments.
