Years ago I was having terrible chest pains and irregular heartbeats which, I don't know, somehow intuitively landed on my blood being too "thick" (this is what it felt like, along with cognitive fog.) I gave blood, upped my intake of dark leafy greens along with herbs like cilantro/parsley (and cut down on bananas.) Problem solved.
