Physics is natural science.

Nature behaves the same regardless of whether you know any math or not.

Or whether anybody's natural mathematical genius has ever been expressed numerically, algebraically or in any way recognizable by established mathematicians or physicists.

Or whether anybody's brilliance in areas other than math may eclipse the level of mathematics brought to bear by themselves or others on any one problem.

Or the entire field if not every sub-discipline.
