If you're chatting with an entity that seems to remember every detail of the conversation, that wouldn't be typical of almost all humans.
I think it would quickly become obvious that you're talking to an AI.

Read the first paragraphs of Turing's paper and note that he proposes the imitation game because the question of "intelligence" is so ill-defined that it may as well by answered by Gallup. He goes on to say that maybe in 50-or-so years we'll have progressed to some understanding of intelligence, but in the mean time...
