Anyone have the stats for the usual ratio of arrests for probable cause vs. with a warrant? For regular policing and for ICE. I would have thought most arrests are without a warrant. As in, show up to a domestic dispute, someone gets arrested. Pulled over a DUI, arrested. Walmart call-in about shoplifting; arrested. Drunk-and-disorderly -> arrested.
