I was curious. Why four?

Just recently the "square theory" pattern article got some attention https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=44107942 with mentions of category theory ideas

Another often used model is the 2x2 matrix: four stages of competence, TKI conflict modes, Johari window, Eisenhower matrix, stakeholder matrix...

I love my visual cortex. Alignment possibilities here are limited only by vocabulary and RxR->R mappings. With the downside of hidden assumptions.
