Hi HN, I've been exploring this idea to turn fragmented insights from health/nutrition podcast content into a knowledge graph.

Basically i was getting tired of hearing interesting things on nutrition podcasts and never having a good way to trace how they relate to older stuff i vaguely remembered.

So i tried structuring a few podcast episodes into a knowledge graph. - Each node is a topic like a food, a biomarker, a practice - Each edge is a claim: e.g. "this increases that", "X is linked to Y" and you can click to see the source, timestamp, and jump straight to the clip.

Also tried some features, like compare topics, reposition them, link sharing etc. Feel free to click around: graph.vibeeating.com

What do you think? Curious if this format/ui makes sense at all

This is a great idea / concept!

I think you need to inject some semantic knowledge in the relations, f ex. "low vitamin d levels Is Good For chronic metabolic disease" is not very helpful.

This look a good case for adding some LLM to it.

Congrats on this work
