To think you are constantly being watched is the sanest thing you can be right now. It is the closest you can get to a true sense of reality.

It is also a profound mass hysteria inducer and causes panic and paranoia.

To solve this problem, we need privacy as a fundamental right. So, stop making excuses and moving the blame around.

My understanding is that the article doesn't move the blame around. Instead, it says that we need more than individual rights. Like... individual rights AND regulations.
