I am planning to build a life OS that helps me achieve and manage personal and professional goals. Would love to see some examples and get some ideas on the best way to approach this. Don't want to spend a lot of time just something that works and easy to use.

Since you're vibe coding, just pick a tool and type that exact thing in as the prompt. Cursor is the best all-in-one tool for software dev with LLMs.

I think you'll learn a lot, including what can and can't be done with the vibe approach.
