This paper presents a novel method of defining and measuring Consciousness with a descriptive model of it, trying to encompass all it's aspects in a definite and objective manner with an attempt at reaching a coherence between them

It has elements akin Tononi's IIT theory's usage of complexity metrics, Karl friston's modelling of brains as Bayesian inference machines and Wittgenstein's private language argument

The methods of measuring complexity might be able to do better with a refinement,one possibility has been conjectured within the paper using a thought experiment
