To be fair, they actually missed the curfew by half an hour, plus those seconds. They had requested the allowed 30 mins extension and failed to arrive within that window.
To people living near airports, this matters. I used to live under the Heathrow approach, which is supposed to have a morning curfew until 6am, however more than twice a week some exception or other was granted and the first 747 came over at 4.30am. Good luck sleeping through that.
