We hear a lot about things that decrease blood flow to the brain, but are there any drugs that increase it? And would there be any benefits for people who don’t already have decreased blood flow, or does the brain naturally just get as much blood as it could use?

Just learning about it, but it seems like the brain is very sensitive on the amount so it strongly manages blood flow. Probably no benefit attempting to ignore it's autoregulation unless you had an issue to correct

That would just be the vasoconstrictor/vasodilator set, right? So beetroot and other foods that have nitric oxide, for example.
