Kenneth characterises this as effectively discrimination based on his "openness about mental health challenges", but to be honest I'm finding it unclear if he is working with these challenges in good faith, or refusing to take responsibility for his action, blaming it on his mental health struggles, long after the event. He sort of apologised, for something in response to a significant criticism of his actions:

but this latest post seems to respond to the same critical post, but less apologetically.
They both seem very non-apology in tone (the second even an "un-apology"), it doesn't really inspire me to trust his narrative.
