Why is nobody disrupting LinkedIn?

Title says it all. LinkedIn seems to be the only business "social" network left, and it is such a massive shitshow.
The UI/UX is stuck in 2004, the feed algorithm is atrocious and insufferable, and the networking stuff seems to have lost all meaning.
Come on people, build something new.
People just don't move easily.
If there was some magic trigger or playbook that no name sites could come up with to get a mass quantity of migration ... that would be big news.
