It’s not an integrity breach, it’s a code review fail. Doesn not matter if the code came from a junior, a senior, or an LLM. Actually, you should distrust LLMs more, because they fail in sneakier, more nuanced ways. Maybe it just learned some “malicious compliance” pattern after being trained on too many Reddit threads...
