As much as I hate google, I have to give them credit for allowing search and YouTube without an account. Every once in a while you discover things like that links to Facebook posts are behind an ever harder login wall

This is changing in Australia somewhat, as the country has enacted age verification laws for under-16s iirc for logged-in users:
