More than once I've been pulled into a gig to cleanup someone else mess. Sweet gigs too. It's already shit, you're pre-regarded as a hero, can't really make it worse and even if you fail out, you still get paid well and place blame on those before you. Smart move on her part.

True. It's an interesting choice for Astronomer, though. Paltrow is not exactly an uncontroversial figure.

Again, very similar to my situation. There are 100 better choices. Something nice about batting cleanup. Success is skill and failure is not your fault.
