- Absolute authoritarianism without accountability

- Zero tolerance for criticism or questions

- A belief that the leader is right at all times

- A belief that the leader is the exclusive means of knowing “truth” or giving validation

- Suppression of Critical Thinking

- Loyalty Above All Else
