I have a work problem that's stumping me, a relatively experienced engineer. At this point I'm happy to pay $200 (venmo) for somebody to solve it.

The gist of it is our webapp's java threads seem to get stuck at java.lang.Thread.start0 and enter a bad-state for a few hours then seemingly self-resolve. I've checked all the basic ulimits and everything AI suggested, the box has 20gb free of memory.

I have a lot more context I could provide, I just don't know of any platform to get this solved.
