I built AskOrca to address some frustrations I was facing personally:
1. Long-form content like Substack posts, YouTube podcasts, meeting recordings, and PDFs is slow to consume on mobile.
2. I got tired of repeating the same prompts when asking follow-up questions across similar content.
3. As a bilingual user, I wanted responses in my native language—it’s faster and more natural for me.
4. Managing multiple subscriptions to different reading apps was getting expensive.
AskOrca is still in the early stages. We’re using a pay-as-you-go model for now, just to cover LLM costs. Would love to hear your feedback or thoughts!
