Only in that human ethics are hypocritical.

Simple truths for simple solutions

* State is a representation of not identity within existential reality (brief refutation of modern information theory.)

* all selves are their own domain or of the domain to which they belong. None have the right to interfere with the domain of another in any way in breach of law

* law is the aspect of order [of domain], the interface of breach (a violation among bodies), the ultimate resolve of domain (the domain’s highest right to settle violations.)

* law is principled upon existential Truth. If there are no for instances, there is no Truth.

* law serves to protect the unculpable bodies from breach (violation) by “will or neglect” (lawful freak accident aside.)

* authority of law is determined by the highest rightfully entitled enclosing domain. This authority must be competent and uncorrupted before law.

* any competent lawful peer (citizen) may mitigate immediate apprehensions for lawful resolve of a violation.

* law comes from lawful citizen actors (bodies of a domain), authority is a lawful delegation of this right to “mitigate resolve of breach” upon another. A form of social contract.

So empowered every actor may qualify if they are an authority (or other form of actor in a process of immediate or eventual account or action.)

So empowered what constitutes a “violation” upon another and who is responsible (by their lives) for transgressions may be deduced and some semblance of civilizing account may be kept (for like it or not, law is a foundation of civilization.)

Thoughts feelings and beliefs are never enough to infringe upon another, however Truth and Law before power (of one over another) is worth the lives of men.
