Hi all, I built a tool to help learners extract structured, timestamped notes from long YouTube videos, focusing on programming tutorials. It uses transcription plus heuristics to break videos into meaningful sections and outputs markdown outlines compatible with Obsidian. I developed this to solve my own note-taking challenges with multi-hour lectures. I’m sharing it here to get feedback and discuss potential improvements！
