Only regulations will force corporations to do that. Microsoft shares are up, that is what they care for. Investors do not care for security because it has no consequences.

Without more strict regulations and laws and enforcing them with teeth there is no reasons for big tech corporations to care.

I cannot change Microsoft alone, but I will vote for a goverment that will make it happen.
