Here's an excellent response: https://xcancel.com/RedLipRiots/status/1950136563909771531

> The Online Safety Act is a mass surveillance Trojan horse.

> ..When a government starts accusing critics of being predators, you know one thing for certain. They’re protecting something. And it ain’t the kids.

Opaque walls are on the predator's side. Removing the always-on government microphones and cameras in your house is giving shelter to child predators. Remember that car ramming attack, how we couldn't find out what the perpetrator had said in the last few minutes of his life? If you disable the microphones in your car, you're helping terrorists. Non-transparent umbrellas are helping criminals evade facial-recognition cameras as we speak - turn yours in today at any privacy amnesty police box.

The smallest scrap of freedom or privacy you ignorantly cling to is causing children to be killed and abused. Convert your country into an open-air prison, or you are complicit in their deaths.

So that the opposition can do the same with a different excuse?

Something a predator would say. Textbook projection.
