I like how the article has absolutely nothing to do with Starlink in any way, and yet the author just had to put Starlink in the headline. They were able to slyly spread the message "users clash with Starlink", to spread some sort of negative sentiment about Starlink, even though the article has nothing to do with Starlink.

Possibly. The other possibility is it puts into easy context who AST SpaceMobile is and what they do. I know I've never heard of them, so I don't see it as a dig at Starlink, it just helps me quickly generally understand who and what this company is.
