Telnyx just rolled out a new feature for its AI Agent Handoff tool: support for both unified and distinct voice modes.

Users can now decide whether all assistants speak with the same voice for seamless transitions, or keep unique voices for each assistant to mimic a collaborative team. This gives builders more flexibility to create natural, multi-agent experiences with no code changes needed.
