Stop using TikTok and get some exercise. Close your TikTok account and learn to swim. Uninstall TikTok and spend time immersed in the natural world. Then maybe you'll be able to throw yourself into whatever random stuff TiKTok throws at you.

Yep.

Generality: People say "good swimmer" to mean "good at swimming in the (metaphorical) shallow end of the pool". Out in the natural world, 90% of being a "good swimmer" is judging whether or not it'd be safe to even try swimming.
