Devastating. In the video, the aircraft climbs at a low pitch angle, never retracts the gear, then enters a high AoA and appears to stall.

Loss of thrust and failure to maintain V2? Takeoff misconfiguration? (Hard to see clearly from the videos; but are the flaps extended? Would probably be flaps 10 or 15 for the likely takeoff weight.)
