Show HN: Autonomous AI Agent for e-signatures – chat/voice assistant
You just tell the assistant (via chat or voice) what you need. It asks a few simple questions and handles the rest.
Here’s what it does: • Creates e-signature requests and templates, or use templates you've created - by chatting with you — no form builders. • Auto-detects fields in your PDFs and suggests who should sign, what type of input is needed (signature, date, title, etc.) based on the layout of the document. It important to note here that it will not detect fields in a blank document there has to be lines, boxes, tables etc.
• Detects the titles of the main parties in a document (eg. landlord, tenants, buyer, seller etc)
• Follows up with signers automatically if you ask - adjusted for tone. • Tracks document status in real time (opened, signed, etc.) with feedback directly in the chat window. • Voice activation built-in — just say “create a new e-sign request” and it walks you through it.
We’re targeting freelancers, startups, and small teams that want fewer clicks and more automation in their doc workflows.
Pricing is $15–35/month depending on usage and features. There’s a 14-day free trial — credit card required to activate (we’re testing this to reduce spam and friction later on).
