I read earlier that the funding of this would not be from "educational funding" so I wondered it a high school student defaced it, or removed it, as high school students would do, would the punishment be from "educational funding"?

Wow if only my public schools had displayed the Ten Commandments, I might not have gotten pregnant as a teenager and turned 21 in prison doing life without parole.
Or maybe I'd have decided that, just like the Pledge of Allegiance, which was obviously a perfunctory ritual, the Ten Commandments were nonsense, to be ignored in order to retain my sanity.
