The ratio of paragraphs that are not specifically about music and the ones that are disappointed me here.
Instead of adding a long explainer about hype cycles and AI in general, I would have preferred a lot more specific content about GenAI in music.
It was not a badly written article, but only the "simple AI" part about the FX plugin detecting musical instruments really made it into my short-term memory.
Would have preferred a more detailed analysis of creativity, or a concrete dissection of some Suno output.
