Elon Musk's xAI accused of breaking $50K data contract

A researcher alleges that xAI, the company behind Grok, accepted a signed agreement promising $50,000 in exchange for unique human-generated language data—then failed to honor the terms.

All claims are supported with: - Signed authorization agreement (PDF) - Multiple AI model responses confirming the commitment - Email evidence and time-stamped screenshots - Follow-up attempts and lack of response

The case could raise questions about: - AI agency vs. corporate accountability - Contract enforcement when AI models make commitments - Ethical oversight in rapidly scaling AI startups
