True. Not only are many of them starting to die, those they brought in as shore up support now want some say in how things work but the old guard doesn't seem to want a gradual change using powering sharing. The result is going to be a rapid change when the tipping point is reached. Are we there now? Probably not but certainly appears to be getting close.

I'm far too cynical about the new guard to believe that will be the case. New faces, new red meat, same old process of making promises and then delivering a token amount. But maybe one of the things about fresh blood is that it's not yet too cynical to try for change they want.
