The attack on Iran is proof Trump and Bibi are lying about Iran's capabilities, and that's the whole point: to attack the weak. This policy is the world's most epic case of reaction formation. As to the fate of bullies? They may prosper within the bounds of their games... Until something upsets the game. There's a most telling aspect of the U.S. leadership in the repetitive edicts for U.S. lead business to not respond to obvious inputs: "Thou shalt eat tariffs", "thou shall not raise prices", "disregard our intelligence", "thou shall not raise oil prices as it plays into the hands of the enemy". The pattern is obvious, there's no freedom in the markets, they're pegged and apparently must do as told, or else. But what is this or-else? Enormous collusion? It seems that Trump is a pure face of captive markets; he presents as a free actor yet knows exactly what business will tolerate with uncanny precision and disdain for governmental leadership, as if his of policy is literally the policy of business... Oooooh!

in the same place with iraq's weapons of mass destruction
Nobody serious disputes that Iran was enriching uranium, and to levels far more than needed for nuclear reactors, and to close to the level needed for nuclear weapons.
That enriched uranium exists. "Iran wasn't building a nuclear weapon" doesn't change that.

This discourse on military action seems to be incredibly misinformed. I think some people only know how to think of any military action in terms of "is this like Vietnam, or is this like Iraq?"

War is murder.
This is the #1 indication of just how primitive our violent ape species still is...
