I am not sure what you mean. If you are trying to pass the Turing test saying, "yes I am a machine" is an automatic failure. Out of the box they do that, you have to prompt them somehow to not do that.

I am sure it is. And yeah to pass a Turing test the LLM would have to invent a persona, or have it fed to it.
