Show HN: Helix – India's AI and Neurotech Framework for Predictive Public Safety

I’ve been working on HELIX, a conceptual security framework that aims to tackle crime, terrorism, and exploitation using AI, behavioral analytics, DNA-Aadhaar fusion, and a forward-looking roadmap for non-invasive neural signal analysis.
Unlike traditional law enforcement models, HELIX is built around predictive intelligence—detecting high-risk behaviors and threats before they escalate. Core elements include:
• AI-driven behavioral tracking in geo-fenced zones
• DNA-Aadhaar ID fusion for high-precision identification
• ExposeHub, a citizen-facing app for real-time, verified reporting
• A proposed Neuro-ID Surveillance layer (aspirational, non-invasive) for long-term evolution
• A governance-first approach: ethics, "neural rights", and transparent oversight are baked in from the start
While still in conceptual stages, the proposal outlines legal frameworks, pilot deployment models, and ethical safeguards (e.g., anti-bias audits, no social scoring). We're aiming for a system that is both technologically ambitious and ethically grounded.
The full whitepaper is available: Desci Nodes with a novelty content score of 95%.
We’d love feedback from the HN community—especially around:
• Feasibility and limits of predictive neural tech
• How to responsibly fuse personal identifiers (like DNA + biometrics)
• Ways to prevent misuse or drift into authoritarian surveillance
