Show HN: Bloom – an open-source alternative to Loom

I’ve been a long-time Loom user, but I often just wanted a simple way to record my screen + camera and share the file anywhere, without being tied to a hosted platform. So I built *[Bloom](https://github.com/thepublicdev/bloom/tree/main/web)*.

Bloom is:

* Screen + camera overlay recording * Saves videos locally (no cloud lock-in) * Built with Electron (cross-platform support in progress) * 100% open-source

Right now it’s still early — the basics work, but there are rough edges. I’d love feedback on:

* What features you’d expect from a Loom alternative * Cross-platform testing (I’ve only tried macOS so far) * Any performance or UX issues you notice
